Our facilities offer fast and reliable results using state-of-the-art Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology with Roche Diagnostics' Cobas Taqman 48 analyzer. Our highly sensitive and fully-automated equipment uses kinetic measurements employing flourescense spectroscopy in lieu of the old end-point colorimetry used in conventional methods. This allows simultaneous amplification and detection within a short period of time for a faster turn around time.
