EDUCATION
- Essential: Registered Medical Technologist; Masters level university degree in Management, Business Administration, Laboratory Science or equivalent
- Desirable: Certification or Training in ISO 15189, Internal Quality Audit and Six Sigma or related process improvement activities
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7 years proven experience in laboratory operations, including at least 5 years of management experience in recognized senior leadership positions

- Proven ability to successfully coordinate, manage and lead projects across organizational departments

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attending to the needs of the walk-in customers telephone inquiries and relaying or releasing the results of the medical test
- In-charge in the collection of customer satisfaction survey form
- Handling customer complaints and dissemination of the company’s performance survey
- Answers queries of the customer/client
- Checking/reviewing the completeness of all laboratory reqs signed by the customer to include; the customer’s information, tests requested and manner of delivering the results of the tests

Job Description:
- Ensure that all laboratory services are effectively and efficiently promoted to patients and companies in order to attain sales target (note: Marketing Associate is currently entitled to sales incentive for Walk-in, Home Service and Corporate projects of clients not under the SMR)
- Touch base with current and prospective clients for business opportunities via telemarketing
- Prepare contracts and quotations for new clients and renewals for current clients
- Conceptualizes and develops multiple creative copies and layout/graphic designs for eye-catching promotional materials, print and online advertisement including but not limited to website, email campaigns, brochures, ads, posters, and banners
